Somatic yoga is a gentle, mindful practice that emphasizes internal awareness and the felt experience of movement over structural alignment. It encourages practitioners to tune into their physical and emotional states, releasing tension and habitual patterns through slow and intentional movements.

This practice, along with breathwork and meditation, can foster a deeper mind-body connection, improve mobility, and promotes vagus nerve regulation.
Tulum
Archeological Zone
and Gran Cenote Tour
We will do a full-day tour which will include a visit to the Tulum Archeological Zone. There will learn about the Mayan culture and see one of the best-preserved coastal Mayan sites.

We will also get the opportunity to swim and snorkel in the Gran Cenote.
​
Lunch will be provided.
Xalmar Beach Club
on Xpuha Beach
We will spend an afternoon at Xpuha Beach at the Xalmar Beach Club, where we can swim in the surf, sun on a lounger or grab a drink from the bar.
Dora Campus and Accommodations
The Dora Resort and Campus is a jungle oasis located just a few minute's taxi ride from Tulum's magnificent beaches.

The Campus accommodations are a smaller and more intimate setting where we will be the only occupants. It has 10 rooms, a pool, yoga shala, rooftop patio, fire pit, meditation cave and temazcal. This allows us to find personal space as well as unite as a single group, without external interferences.

A public cenote (free) is a 5 minute walk. A private cenote is a 15 minutes walk.
​
Each room has a private bathroom with shower and toiletries.
Please bring your own hair dryer.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms.
Each room has 2 twin beds, set for double occupancy.
